Blow Molding Machine one of the Largest in the USA

David Price Metal Services Fabriweld Corporation vastly expanded its engineering and manufacturing footprint with its first Blow Molding Machine

True to the legacy of the Norwalk, Ohio facility established in 1971, this was not just any Blow Molding Machine, but one of the largest in the United States. Blow molding press built by David Price Metal Services and Fabriweld

The machine’s footprint is four stories high and required 50,000 square feet of manufacturing space, exactly half the facility’s available property. In addition to physical size, the construction required seventy-five employees, over half the company’s workforce, mobilizing on a project that comes but once in a decade.

“For a year and a half, this Blow Molding Machine tested our ability to achieve the extraordinary and we nailed it,” explained DPMS and Fabriweld President Chris Price. “It was an unbelievable project, and it forced us to expand our thinking, engineering and manufacturing capabilities. We are known for thinking and building outside the box, but this surpassed even our own expectations.”
